Remote monitor lamp

I like this wireless controlled monitor lamp. I've used a couple other wired lamps and this one adds a round controller that sits on your desk. You can adjust all functions of the light with it including brightness, color temp, and there's an extra backlight that shines up for ambient light that can be turned on or off. The remote uses batteries and I am not sure how long they will last but I don't think the little LEDs in it take up much power.

The light was easy to attach over my monitor and it's pretty bright. I prefer the warmer looking color, but you can adjust it to suit what you want. Pretty good quality overall, it's been working well with no issues for a few weeks now.

Best investment!

This has been an absolute game changer! I have noticed a significant reduction in eye strain, since I started using this, and the adjustable function, for the light means that I can adapt it infinitely. This is a very smart product, and I can really tell that there’s a science style at works simply because it makes such a big difference for me. If you have a larger screen, like I do for side-by-side viewing, this is still a perfect fit. It has a lot of range.

Great Wireless Controller, But Not as Good as BenQ

The Quntis Monitor Light Bar comes with a convenient wireless controller that I love—it makes adjusting the light super easy. However, the light bar itself doesn’t quite match up to my BenQ in terms of quality and performance. It’s still a solid option for desk or gaming setups, just not the top-tier experience I was hoping for.

Easy installation, nice diffuse lighting. No glare!

This lamp fits my 30" monitor and provides adequate lighting. The articulated base is quite heavy and it sits firmly on the monitor. Nothing wobbles...it's a secure mount. The lamp itself, rests about 3 inches from the monitor so I don't get any glare on the screen. It provides great illumination for the desk and the light is dimmable. Color temperature is adjusted by the disc-shaped remote which also controls a timer.
I do wish the remote had rechargeable batteries. The remote on/off switch is constantly lit so that you can find it in the dark but this uses battery power. Again, rechareables would have been the better option here. It uses 3 AAA batteries that do last a long time, but, at this price point, more thought could have gone into the design. Other than that, it's a great lamp and it looks like it will last for a very long time.
A durable, well made desk lamp that is easily mounted on your monitor and does a good job of illuminating your work area. A keeper for sure.

Nice Light Bar with a few caveats

I really like this monitor light bar. It keeps the desk clear of any desk lights and covers the desk with light nicely. I always worried that a monitor light bar would cast too much light on the screen itself, but these are designed to only throw light on the desk below, and are masked to not throw light across the screen. That being said, I have to keep dust off my screen as the light bar does highlight any dust on your monitor.

Pros:
* Backlight helps reduce glare by lighting the wall behind the desk. Also nicely highlights any wall art behind your screen.
* Fit nicely on my Acer monitor, even with a slightly deeper back on the monitor.
* Controls are intuitive, but sometimes clumsy.
* No flicker in light whatsoever.

Cons:
* Cool White Daylight has a slight greenish tint making everything on my desk look a bit sickly. I tried to capture this in a photo, and you can kind of see it as a gradient from cool white to greenish white.
* Remove control has a button on it that is lit continuously, whether the lamp is on or off. This does not bode well for the batteries as a continuous tiny drain can cause alkaline batteries to leak.
* The screen clamp slightly covers the actual image on my monitor. Not a big deal, but it is visible, and screens with even smaller bezels may cover more.
