Great, even light

Really nice, even light. Easy to set up and easy to control too. I wasn't sure I'd really get much benefit from the RGB aspect of this, in the location I was going to install it into, but was very pleasantly surprised. Even away from a wall, it casts a really colourful glow onto the ceiling and beyond.

My personal favourite effect is the moving rainbow, but the others are appealing too.

Great value, good build quality and a really nice light. Nothing more I can ask, really.

Easy install, and works well.

This is a really nice RGB light to add to my gaming setup and its super easy to install with a great amount of lighting options. I mainly use the white light in the evenings to illuminate my keyboard and it’s a good brightness. The quality of the light is very good and it feels well made, the only thing I'm not a fan of is the design of the back hinge, it doesn't feel completely stable. Other than that it’s pretty cool and is a nice addition to any gaming setup or any workstation.

Great even lighting for your monitor

I do design work, so I'm constantly on the computer. It's easier for me to use indirect lighting, so I wanted to try a monitor light bar. I found the Quntis RGB Pro Monitor Light Bar, and based on the specs in the description I gave it a try. The box is kinda big, but everything boils down to:
-20 inch light bar
-cantilevered monitor stand
-round wireless controller puck.

You need a USB connection to power the light bar; it fits into the holder stand, which hangs off the back of your monitor. I have 27in monitors, so this provides good even coverage. The wireless controller puck needs 3x AA batteries; you can use it as a dimmer for the main light, and there is a separate button for the RGB light panel that's on the backside of the light bar. It's a simple touch-sensitive controller, but I worry how often I'll need to replace the batteries.

I like that I have multiple levels over the illumination level and color temperature. Since I create content that can go to broadcast, I need to be sensitive to color values. I'm on the fence about the RGB Lighting though... it's on the edge of my peripheral vision and throws me off sometimes. I like the stand; it's dead simple and holds the light bar well.

I'm glad that I chose this Quntis Light Bar. It has helped me limit my eye strain and the lighting isn't distracting or causing light reflections. If you need good light for your monitor, see if this Light Bar can help you too!

Good, double function light and RGB strip

If you are a gamer, RGB lighting is a must for you (although I don't know why) and this monitor light is another great addition to the lighting setup.

On one side (the front) you get a standard LED light that can be used as a reading light, desk light etc, and on the other side (the back) you get the LED RGB light strip that lights up the wall etc behind your monitor. This is all powered from a USB A plug, so will happily power from your laptop, pc etc.
The light stays in place with a ball like counterweight that balances the light over the top of the monitor. Whilst it is steady enough, I am going to apply some double sided tape below it for added security.

Both sets of lights can be operated independently, with the left side soft touch control operating the front white LED and the right soft touch control operating the rear RGB lighting.

The front light can be toggled through 3 different warmth setting, depending on your setup and what you need in the way of lighting. The rear RGB has a number if different modes (15), from permanent single colour through to scrolling colours.

Whilst the lighting works well, I found the touch controls to be very very fiddly and worked when they wanted to, especially the dimming function which I do not believe I ever got to work as it simply changed the warmth of the lighting.

If you do not want the front light to show, you can fold the light bar forward so the RGB strip is facing forward which in theory looks great, in practice its bright so you cant see the monitor :)

Overall though, this is a good looking light bar that could benefit from having better touch controls that worked and maybe allowing it to be stood on a tripod or similar. Having the RGB point up-over is a little bit of a waste as most of the time its just straight up at the ceiling, although my setup does not have a wall behind the monitor due to space, so it may work better at a wall but that is not a problem with the light, more my setup.

2 way lighting!

One for them techy rooms that love a bit of colourful lighting.
This is great if you want just a simple monitor light, but if you also want RGB behind it, then it's got this too!
And both sides the lighting is plenty bright enough.
Build quality seems very good and it's been working fine for 2 weeks.
Recommended.
